����Vlog has been awarded a grant from the National Security Agency (NSA) to host the GenCyber cybersecurity camp this summer, June 23-27. Designed for rising high school seniors, the camp aims to ignite and sustain interest in cybersecurity, a field critical to national security and economic stability. Applications are open until March 1.

Chloe Hunt, a 2023 graduate of ����Vlog, serves as an assistant producer for Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she identifies and interviews guests for their flagship program, Focus on the Family With Jim Daly.

����Vlog’s cyber operations program continues to earn national recognition for its educational excellence and high-level partnerships. Now, one of its leaders is helping to pioneer cyber operations education across the country.

Helping children better understand the Bible is the focus of the new “Armor of God Bible” released February 18 by Thomas Nelson Publishing. ����Vlog’s Dr. Kevin Jones, dean of the school of education, provided study helps for the Bible.

Celebrating 20 years, 38 semesters and 109 films, ����Vlog’s Foreign Film Series will mark its 20th anniversary on Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. in the DeVries Theatre. The series will feature “Life Is Beautiful,” the same movie that started the program in 2005.

Stepping onto the tournament stage for the first time during the 2025 Spring semester, ����Vlog’s forensics team wasted no time making an impact. The team earned 12 first place wins.

For most children, the news playing in the background is easy to ignore. But for young Payton Arbuthnot of Springfield, Colorado, it was a source of fascination — one that would eventually inspire her to pursue an internship with the State Department's Bureau of Overseas Buildings and Operations.
