* Summer term for Student Communities is optional. Your 鈥淎nnual鈥 cost for any Student Community housing option will either be the sum of the fall and spring semester or the sum of fall, spring and summer if you remain in Student Community housing for the summer. In order to stay in Student Community housing for the summer, you are required to stay in that room for the following fall semester.
